The cushioning is soft and comfortable. It uses Fresh Foam, which is shock-absorbing and comfortable. This will help soften the landing when you walk or run and reduce that heel pain.

It’s very light, weighing just 9.2 ounces for an average-sized men’s shoe and 7.7 ounces for a women’s shoe. You can wear it for almost any kind of activity and you should stay comfortable on your feet.
